Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Any time, with Manage subscription in the Account dialog. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for; nothing more is charged.
Does the trial need a card?
No. The trial ends by itself and is never charged. Each account can try each plan once.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.
Which currency, and is sales tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller, adds sales tax at checkout where your state charges it, and issues the receipt.
How do schools pay?
By invoice, for the whole school for a year, optionally with Basic for your students at a much lower price per student. Write to us for a quote and a pilot semester.
